  • Sapira® Review

    October 18, 2016

Sapira® is a mattress made by Leesa Sleep®, which makes the eponymous Leesa® mattress (you can see my Leesa® review here). The Sapira® was designed to be a luxury model; higher quality at a higher price. But is it worth it? In this article, I’ll go over the construction, quality, feel and price of the Sapira® followed by a comparison with their lower-priced Leesa® mattress.

  • Spindle mattress review

    May 21, 2016

If you’re looking for an all-natural latex mattress, I believe this is the one you should go with, and I’ll explain why in this post. If you’ve never tried a latex mattress and aren’t sure about it, you should be careful about just buying this one, and I’ll explain that too.

  • GhostBed Review

    April 10, 2016

GhostBed is yet another one of the latest direct-to-consumer, mattresses-in-a-box to hit the market. I was skeptical about this one at first until I realized that it is made by Nature’s Sleep, which is a respectable company that’s been around for 15 years. This was not just another marketing company trying to get in on the new mattress-in-a-box fad; it is an established mattress company taking advantage of the new distribution model.

  • Review of Wright Bedding

    January 5, 2016

Dozens of mattress-in-a-box companies have come out in the past year, and most of them are extremely similar to the point where I don’t even bother reviewing them. But occasionally, one of the companies that contacts me for a review is actually different from the others, and I agree to review them. One such company was Wright Bedding.

  • Review of Honest Beds

    November 9, 2015

This is a review of the mattress named “Honest Beds.” I almost titled this post “honest bed review,” but that almost sounds like “honest” is an adjective describing my review, rather than the name of the mattress. All of my mattress reviews are honest, but this one in particular is about the mattress available exclusively at Nest Bedding

  • Stearns and Foster Comparison and Review

    September 11, 2015

Elsewhere on this site, I help people comparison shop between stores because difference places call the same mattress different names. You can see some of the comparison charts here. But I don’t have one for Stearns and Foster mattresses. There are two reasons for this.

  • Yogabed review

    April 30, 2015

Direct to consumer mattresses are becoming very popular. More and more people are shunning the confusing, high-pressure traditional mattress sales showroom and opting to buy online instead. When I first started this website, I was very skeptical about buying a mattress online, but with the free return policies offered, there is little risk. Yogabed is […]

    March 17, 2015

Disclosure: This site receives a payment from Keetsa, Nest Bedding, or Leesa when you purchase a product using any links to that company in this article (or use my coupon code) One thing I often get asked is about so-called “green” mattresses or “eco-friendly” mattresses. That has never been a huge focus of mine; I prefer […]

  • Leesa® review

    December 11, 2014

Of all the direct-to-consumer mattresses that have come out (and who have offered to send me mattresses for review), Leesa® is the one I chose to make my primary mattress. This is a great alternative to shopping around in mattress stores, haggling with salesmen for prices and so on. You just order the mattress, try it out, if you like it, you’re done. If you don’t like it, you get a full refund.
