Puffy Mattress
Puffy is a bed-in-the-box mattress company, meaning the Puffy mattress arrives on your doorstep compressed into a relatively small cardboard box. If you live in the continental U.S., you won’t pay for shipping, but if you live in Hawaii or Alaska, there’s a non-refundable shipping fee.
The Puffy has a 101-night sleep trial with a 14-day waiting period. After owning your new mattress for 14 days, you may contact Puffy before the end of the trial period to start the return process. After someone picks up the Puffy for donation, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you end up loving your Puffy and decide to keep it, you’ll enjoy a Lifetime warranty. For the entire time you own the mattress, Puffy will replace or repair it if you experience a manufacturing defect. Some examples of defects include body impressions, faulty covers, or crumbling foam.
