Finding The Right Firmness

It may seem counterintuitive to seek out a mattress that is firm rather than soft, but for stomach sleepers it can actually contribute to a more comfortable sleep. Mattresses are graded on a firmness scale and assigned a score from 1 to 10, 1 being the softest and 10 being the firmest.
