Shipping, Delivery & Returns
As long as you live almost anywhere in the continental United States or Canada, your Novosbed mattress shipment is free. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, the Canadian Territories, and various remote locations may incur an additional remote shipping fee.
Once an order is placed, it takes approximately one to five business days to process, and an additional several days to deliver, but it may take longer in certain circumstances. You can call customer support if you’re interested in paying for expedited shipping.
Your mattress will be delivered via FedEx Ground, who will leave your package right at your door. In the event that delivery is not possible, they may attempt a second delivery, or they may leave your package for retrieval at a local pickup center. Delivery drivers will not set up your new mattress or remove your old mattress, but you can work with the customer service team to learn of possible removal options.
Novosbed mattress returns are simple and hassle-free. You are able to initiate a return after 60 days have passed since your delivery, which is the standard break-in period for your mattress.. You’ll need to wrap the mattress in protective plastic and leave it outside on the ground floor on pickup day.
Trial Period

Warranty
Novosbed mattresses are guaranteed against manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship for a period of 15 years, starting from the date of delivery. In order for your 15-year warranty to be valid, you must unpack and expand your Novosbed mattress no more than two weeks after it has been delivered.
The Novosbed Foundation is covered by a 5-year warranty. If at any time during that 5-year period you notice manufacturer defects in the foundation, Novosbed will repair or replace it at no cost to you. To ensure your warranty is valid, you must use the foundation with a compatible base and you must assemble the foundation properly per the instruction manual.
If you notice your Novosbed mattress develops permanent indentations of more than an inch within the first 10 years, or more than two inches within the next five years, your warranty may cover the cost of a replacement. Your mattress will be repaired or replaced within the first 10 years at no cost, and in the following five years for 75 percent of the cost.
