The five inch profile of this pillow will be great for all sleeping positions and body types unless you’re a petite sized stomach sleeper. In that case, this pillow is not quite flat enough to maintain proper spinal alignment for your body type. Instead, opt for a very low, almost flat pillow. 

Other than that, the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze will provide you with a high enough loft that you’ll be able to achieve healthy alignment. By supporting your head and neck, and keeping it in line with your spine, you’re less likely to wake up with neck and back pain. 

Adjustability: 4/5

With the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze, you’ll experience that heavy, slow responding, memory foam feel. That being said, you can manipulate this pillow and fold it, or maneuver it in a way to feel most comfortable for you. It didn’t earn a perfect score for this category because the inside fill is not adjustable—it’s a solid memory foam block.

Tempur-Pedic products are known for their quality, so of course this pillow is no exception. With the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze, you get a 100 percent premium cotton cover that’s breathable and machine washable, Tempur-Pedic’s patented memory foam, as well as their cooling gel technology. This pillow comes with a luxury price tag, but it’s an investment that comes with a 5-year warranty.

The TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze comes with a removable, machine washable cover. Let the cover air dry. The memory foam core cannot be washed or you could potentially damage the material.

One thing to be aware of before you buy is that Tempur-Pedic does not offer returns, exchanges, or trial periods for their pillows. The only situation where you could file a request for a refund or exchange is if there was a defect or damage to the pillow upon delivery.

Side Sleeping

I think this is a superstar option for side sleepers. The loft is high enough that you’ll have room for your shoulders while still keeping your head and neck in proper spinal alignment. 10/10 for this sleeping position.

Back Sleeping

Back sleepers, I think you’ll really enjoy this pillow. The loft on it is about 6.5 inches, so it’s on the taller side, but you should be able to sink comfortably into that memory foam surface and feel supported under your neck and head.

Stomach Sleeping

Now for stomach sleepers…This pillow has an asterisk next to your position because I only think this will work if you’re on the average to heavier side. Petite stomach sleepers will find this pillow to be too lofty for them and that could be uncomfortable and throw your neck and back out of neutral alignment.

• Top-of-the-line cooling features: I was definitely impressed with the immediate cool-to-the-touch feel and this pillow’s ability to stay cool over prolonged use. 
• Great for side sleepers: This pillow has a high enough profile for side sleepers to comfortably rest without having to re-fluff the pillow or have it fall flat on you. 
• Easy upkeep: Thanks to the removable and machine washable cover, you’ll be able to clean the pillowcase easily. Score for hypoallergenic folks out there!

• Slight off-gassing smell: When you initially unbox this pillow, you’ll notice a very slight off-gassing smell. But don’t worry, this will go away in a few hours once it’s been left out to air out.

Tempur-Pedic pillows ship for free within the contiguous U.S. Products ship via UPS ground shipping, and according to Tempur-Pedic, should arrive within five to seven business days. The company is unable to ship items to a P.O. Box.
